Grilled Oyster with Green Garlic Butter

Great party appetizer! The butter also works with scallops, clams, or even steak.

  1. In a food processer add the garlic, chives, scallions, parsely and zest from 1 lemon. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add the room temperature butter and process until smooth. Pause to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Transfer to container and store in the fridge until ready to use. Soften for 30 minutes prior to use.
  4. Grill the oysters on medium heat until they open.
  5. Using grill gloves open the oysters and cut from the shell, then add a scoop of butter and cook for another few minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
